This Subarb Food Fresh Bag is rubber backed to keep the moisture in the bread to avoid drying out. If you're using it for commercially produced sliced bread, leave the bread in its plastic bag but open the top to let the bread breathe. Any unsliced bread should be removed from the plastic wrapper and placed directly into the Bread Bag. Keeps your bread fresher for two to three days longer than normal.
