Subarb Productions is a Partnership operated by John & Sue Jones and is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience including digital marketing applications.

When you order, we collect personal information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number. Should you elect to pay by credit or debit card we will require your card number and the card's expiry date. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order(s) and to notify you about the status of your order(s).
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, (i.e. when fulfilling orders), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. Our contractors have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
We may share non-personal aggregate statistics (group) data about visitors to this site, sales and traffic patterns. However we do not sell or share any information about you as an individual user of this site.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Subarb Productions takes your credit card security seriously which is why we prefer payment by Internet banking. However, we understand that some customers may wish to pay by card and we are authorised to accept Visa and MasterCard. To pay for an order using one of these cards please phone our Sales Line on + 64 3 443 9502, or Contact Us with your details and we'll call you back to get the card details. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared.
Pricing
All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 15% but exclusive of delivery charges. We reserve the right to alter prices on the site without notice. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is received will be accepted and honoured as correct.
Cancellation of Orders
In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, most orders will be shipped within 24 hours after order details have been verified and payment has been received. If customers would like to cancel an order, you are requested to contact Subarb Productions within 24 hours of placing your online order. Requests for cancellation will be considered on a case-by-case basis and Subarb Productions will exercise its sole discretion in determining whether an order placed through the site may be cancelled.
Availability of Products
Subarb Productions will always endeavor to have full stock of our items, however we may encounter small delays in supply. Also from time to time, heavy demand, limited editions or other factors beyond our control may render the products temporarily or permanently unavailable. In such circumstances the customer will be advised of the delay, the length of the delay and given product alternatives or the option of placing the product on back order.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim, damages, loss, or expense related to the supply by us of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you for the goods or services and except where statute expressly requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law Subarb Productions will not be liable in any event whether in beach or in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special damage, loss or injury of any kind suffered by you or any other person, even if Subarb Productions was informed of the possibility of such damages.
