How do the bags work?
Food Fresh Bags are made of 100% cotton calico which allows the food to breathe, whilst at the same time sucking excess moisture from the food, which in the case of fruit and vegetables is what eventually makes them 'go off'. By using this product, all vegetables, fruit, cooked meat and bread will stay fresher 2 -3 times longer than normal. All bags have the instructions for use printed on them.
How do I wash the Bags ?
Simple - Newer bags have washing instructions on them, but just a normal cold water wash with normal detergent amounts and hang on the line to dry (don't put in a dryer).

How long does it take to get my order?
Every effort is made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Your order will be packed with the utmost care to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.
If you have ordered an item with us over 14 days ago, please contact us either by email: email@example.com or phone (+64) 03 443 9502.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer you to pay directly from your bank account as this is the most secure method of payment.
However, we also accept the major cards: Visa and Mastercard.
We unfortunately do not accept American Express or Diners.
For orders sent in by mail:
Along with details of the products you require, you can pay by simply sending us your credit card details or writing us a cheque. When payment is approved, goods will be dispatched
Please do not send cash.
Subarb Productions cannot accept any liability or responsibility for cash sent through the post.
Do you have a shop or showroom I can visit?
Our business is run from 3 Ash Avenue in Albert Town just out of Wanaka NZ, and while is does not incorporate a “shop” if you’re in the area and want to stock up you can phone and make an appointment to visit between 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please do not just “drop in” as we’d prefer to know when you’re coming so you can have our undivided attention.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we do. However, shipping to an overseas destination will alter our delivery target of 14 days. Overseas orders cannot currently be charged to a credit card, instead use the SWIFT code to deposit direct into our bank account.
